Sony Online Entertainment boss John Smedley has blogged today about “What Planetside Next means to me”  his blog has given us the first tidbit of information for the game.

“To me, Planetside Next means we get a chance to take the essence of everything that was fun in Planetside and make it a lot better”  with a lot of MMOFPS’s on the horizon none of them give you a huge battle they all concentrate on 16v16 or 32v32 essentially Unreal Tournament with a leveling system having Planetside Next give “REALLY MASSIVE” battles will be a fantastic addition to the MMO market.

    Yeh man should be good, I loved the original planetside :D
