J-Series Rules

General rules:
No cheats or hacks unless on a cheat/hack server
No violent behavior
No P2P file sharing over the internet
No tampering with LANraiders technical equipment
No speakers, headphones only
No Alcohol – A bar is available at the venue, as well as a Pub less than 5 minutes walk away

Multi-Monitor set-ups:
We are happy to accommodate participants with multi-monitor set-ups, however as this is only our 2nd event in the new venue – If there are any power or space issues we may have to ask you to remove one monitor to ensure smooth running of the event.

Power consumption and desk space:
If your power consumption, or use of desk space is considered to be unreasonable or is affecting another player you may be asked to rearrange your desk or limit what you have plugged into the venues power supply. To give you a rough idea of what is normally acceptable, participants usually plug the following in:

• PC
• Monitor
• Headset (if it has a mains powered base)
• Phone Charger

Please let us know if you are bringing anything else which requires power, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Storage and rubbish:
Please store all of your equipment tidily and throw any rubbish into the bins provided. Where possible please try to recycle your rubbish should the option be available. (Black for general waste, Green for recyclable items such as cans) This is to make the LAN environment better for everyone at the event.
